The agreement, in two sentences.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stats BT Web Group analytics portal (the “Service”), operated by BT Web Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. References to “you” include both you personally and the organization you represent.
What you get.
Stats BT Web Group is a hosted dashboard that connects to your Google marketing accounts — Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile — and aggregates performance metrics into a single reporting interface.
The Service includes, at minimum:
- Authenticated access to a web-based dashboard.
- Scheduled background synchronization of metrics from connected Google services.
- Visualization, comparison, and export of aggregated metrics.
- Reasonable email and in-app support during business hours.
Beta features
We may release features marked as beta or experimental. Such features are provided “as is” without any service-level commitment, may change or be removed at any time, and may not behave as documented.
Who can use this.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current as your contact details change.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- You must notify us promptly at developer@btwebgroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The short list of don’ts.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying algorithms from the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits this.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by transmitting malware, performing denial-of-service activity, or probing for security vulnerabilities outside of an authorized disclosure program.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions.
- Use the Service to access data that you are not lawfully authorized to access in the connected Google accounts.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted in a separate written agreement with us.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
The boundary with Google.
The Service operates by connecting to your Google accounts via OAuth. Your use of those underlying Google services remains governed by Google’s own terms, including the Google Terms of Service and the product-specific terms for Analytics, Search Console, Ads, and Business Profile.
- You authorize us to access only the read-only scopes listed in our Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke this authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- We are not responsible for downtime, data gaps, quota errors, or behavior changes originating from Google’s APIs.
- You confirm that you have the right to connect each Google account or property to the Service.
Money matters.
Pricing for the Service is set out in the order form, contract, or pricing page applicable to your account. Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing for future billing cycles with at least 30 days’ written notice. Pricing changes do not apply retroactively to a prepaid term.
If your payment is overdue, we may suspend access to the Service after providing you with reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Your data is yours.
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the data you connect to the Service, including all metrics ingested from your Google accounts (the “Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display the Customer Data solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
We may use anonymized and aggregated information that does not identify you, your organization, or any natural person to improve our products. We will not sell or otherwise disclose individually identifying Customer Data to third parties except as expressly permitted by these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service meets your needs, and for independently verifying any business decisions you make based on metrics displayed in the Service.
The cap.

Ending the relationship.
